Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a senior technical analytical position responsible for managing a LMS and/or Blackboard.
• Excellent technical problem-solving, analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
• Progressive experience in deployment and administration of Enterprise Applications, Associated Databases, and server storage.
• Strong knowledge of cyber and server security controls including SSL certificates and cipher suites.
• Strong knowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation).
• Excellent customer service skills including orientation and training to system users, ability to provide technical consultation services and explanations to a wide variety of college groups.
• Ability to manage stress including handling a large workload under time constraints.
• Ability to adapt quickly to differing situations and environments.
• Applicable certifications in position related areas.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 would be an asset.
