Shape the Future of Trusted Access at Notre Dame
The University of Notre Dame is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IAM Associate Administrator to join our award-winning Office of Information Technology (OIT). In this entry-level to early-career role, you’ll support critical identity and access management systems including Okta, Active Directory (AD), and Entra ID — helping to safeguard user access and secure the University’s digital assets.
You’ll collaborate with Information Security and other IT teams, as well as campus partners to help ensure Notre Dame’s systems stay secure and compliant — making sure the right people have the right access, to the right resources, at the right time and in the right context. Whether you’re a recent graduate or early-career professional ready to grow, this is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects at one of the top IT workplaces in the nation.
What You’ll Do
Support Secure Access – Assist in managing user provisioning and access across Notre Dame’s technology ecosystem, helping ensure the right people have the right access at the right time
Respond with Agility – Rapidly address access requests, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver timely resolutions with precision and professionalism
Champion Security Excellence – Partner with Information Security and IT teams to implement and uphold industry-leading IAM policies, standards, and best practices
Drive Accountability – Support comprehensive access reviews and compliance initiatives to maintain security integrity
Solve Complex Challenges – Work alongside senior analysts to troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated access issues
Create Knowledge – Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation, and internal knowledge bases to support consistent, reliable IAM operations
Innovate – Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of Notre Dame’s IAM infrastructure
Shape the Future – Participate in transformative projects implementing next-generation IAM technologies
Stay at the Cutting Edge – Continuously explore emerging IAM trends and solutions
Ensure 24/7 Protection – Provide critical after-hours support as part of our dedicated rotation team
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has been recognized for thirteen consecutive years in IDG’s Insider Pro and Computerworld’s best places to work in IT.
