This position enables the success of digital transformation by providing leadership to the ITS Change Management, Outreach, Training, Communications, and Marketing functions. This person works closely with the ITS leadership and staff, project teams, and stakeholders to focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. This focus on the unique needs of LMU students, faculty, staff will improve ITS project and service delivery and drive engaged stakeholders, faster adoption, and higher ultimate utilization for the continuous stream of digital transformation initiatives at LMU.
