In this position, you’ll be part of a committed team leading transformational teaching and learning projects across campus. With projects such as the innovative Include Engage Challenge (IEC) program to renew undergraduate courses, you will collaborate with instructors and departments to support excellence in teaching and promote equity-centered practices. Come play a vital role in CTLM's mission to enhance the craft of teaching. This is a hybrid position – you'll work on the vibrant Madison campus three days a week with two days of remote flexibility.
Required: - At least 2 years experience leading and collaborating on complex projects with diverse teams including administrators, instructors, and other partners. - At least 2 years experience teaching and/or developing courses and curriculum in higher education. - Demonstrated success with interacting reflectively and building partnerships among colleagues with different identities and backgrounds and in different project settings. - Effective organizational skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills including group facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred: - Experience providing instructional consulting/support, instructional design, support for curriculum development, or instructor training. - Experience teaching courses in higher education. - Working knowledge of current teaching and learning literature and evidence-based practices. - Ability to facilitate organizational change and communicate about organizational change with stakeholders.
