This position has potential for a hybrid work schedule. Remote portions of work must be performed within the state of Iowa. Employees who elect remote work must comply with the requirements of our remote work policy and agreement.
Impact & Responsibilities: Designs, implements, and maintains Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including authentication, authorization, and access control technologies; collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and document IAM requirements; directs system administrators in the IAM environment to complete specific tasks and meet assigned goals; performs risk assessments and implements security controls; monitors IAM systems to ensure that they are performing; troubleshoots and resolves issues related to IAM systems; develops IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience in Identity and Access Management or in a related IT area; proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and SAML; experience with multi factor authentication technology; strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Occasional work performed outside of normal work hours and occasional travel will be necessary.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; experience with IAM systems implementation, integration, and customization; understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, and PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FERPA, etc.; and relevant industry certifications.
