Reporting to the Director for the Miller Learning Center and Student Success, the Student Success Librarian will utilize user needs assessment methods to cultivate welcoming, meaningful, and inclusive connections with students and student groups across campus.? They will work collaboratively with co-curricular units and departments on campus to identify and develop sustainable, high-impact initiatives that engage and support student learning.?
