The Director, Infrastructure Operations reports directly to the Deputy CIO in Information Technology Services and is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of both on premise and cloud IT infrastructure (systems and network) that supports business processes, services and end users across campus. This position works with the Deputy CIO to develop the strategic direction of campus and cloud infrastructure services, projects, plans and budgets. The Director, Infrastructure Operations leads the development and implementation of these plans and leverages collaborations, campus-wide resources, relationships with stakeholders and with the Claremont Colleges Services to design technologies and solutions to meet the institution’s strategic goals.
