Director of End-User Training and Support
The Director of End-User Training and Support is a part of the Student and Academic Systems (SAS) leadership team, an inaugural centralized unit which will support the array of systems across all administrative and academic units of the Provost Office. This unit will partner with Provost Office leadership, Information Technology, Institutional Research and Decisions Support, the colleges, and the functional units to implement the system strategies and priorities in response to the articulated goals and priorities of the Provost Office. The Director will report directly to the Assistant Provost of Student and Academic Systems, and oversee our team of End-User Support Specialists to provide excellent customer service, ensure high-quality documentation and train
