An IAM (identity and access management) professional, reporting to the director of information security, the Identity and Access Analyst plays a key role in the management and maintenance of the Grinnell College identity management processes and systems to ensure that Grinnell employees have the relevant level of access to institutional data required to perform their role.  This professional is responsible for the internal audit of IAM processes and the creation of documentation and training materials associated with IAM. The analyst may be part of the team delivering the training and will report on outcomes and metrics pertaining to the program.  This position is eligible to work remotely up to four days per week.
