Director of IT Service Management & Support
Reporting to the Vice President for Information Technology, the Director of IT Service Management and Support leads the following essential functions: all aspects of service and support for computers and other endpoint devices, the service desk, and IT service management. The Director serves as member of the Leadership Team and collaborates with colleagues, inside and outside the IT organization, to help achieve campus and organizational goals. Duties include leading a team of collaborative, customer-focused professionals and ensuring prompt and professional solutions to all client requests.
