The Associate Director of Computing Services is responsible for delivering an outstanding computing experience for Hamilton students, faculty, and staff. This position manages both the technology helpdesk as well as desktop integration services. This position is responsible for helpdesk, the service management system, office, classroom, and lab computing, system administration, computer software and imaging, endpoint security, mobile device management, computer lifecycle management, computer procurement, Identity/Access Management and outsourced hardware repair services.
