Marist College welcomes applications for the position of Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions in the Information Technology Division. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology, this position is responsible for the implementation and support of enterprise technology systems aligned with the college's strategic objectives and mission. This involves spearheading the development and deployment of essential systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and other administrative applications, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated, scalable, and secure. Key responsibilities include collaborating with college leadership to identify and address their technology needs, enhancing operational efficiency and enriching the overall educational experience. The Senior Director also provides leadership and direction to the Administrative Computing staff, overseeing departmental staffing and professional development. In this role, the Senior Director establishes technology policies, standards, and security measures, ensuring compliance and safeguarding data integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 7-10 years of experience in managing enterprise technology systems.
Proven experience in implementing and managing ERPs, CRMs, and other administrative applications.
Experience in departmental staffing, training, and professional development.
Strong knowledge of systems integration, scalability, and security best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of IT professionals.
Ability to collaborate with institutional leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to enhance operational efficiency through technology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in administering departmental budgets.
Essential Functions:
Provide leadership to all members of Administrative Computing in the analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment and maintenance of computer systems or programs.
Oversee departmental staffing, ensuring comprehensive training and continuous professional development.
Lead the implementation of enterprise technology systems.
Provide input and leadership for strategic planning on advancing the use of technology to support teaching, learning, scholarship and institutional effectiveness.
Perform senior level management duties related to planning, policies, security, and budgeting.
Serve on executive level committees.
Other duties as assigned.

Tuition Benefits:

Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution.
