Job Summary/Basic Function Reporting to Manager – MakerSpace, Apply knowledge of Windows and MacOS to provide installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of software and hardware for the MakerSpace including CAD computers, Mac Lab, and specialized media technology spaces. Provide technical support for the MakerSpace. Provide technical support for Library Technology as needed. Supervise, assist, and train Team Leaders and Student Technology Assistants (STA) in all aspects of desktop, classroom technology, and multimedia equipment support.Help MTSU students, staff, and faculty properly use media and fabrication software, technology, and design equipment and hardware.Responsible for delivering training to all Library Technology student w
