The Instructional Designer will collaborate with faculty to design and develop in-person, online, and hybrid courses, as well as design digital course content with faculty members, assist with curriculum development, and integrate teaching and learning technology tools. This requires skills to design, develop, and support faculty development activities for adopting best practices in teaching. Accomplishing this goal requires being able to successfully meet faculty where they are and communicate effectively with empathy.
