Manager - Leasing Functions Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Administration, the incumbent is a professional staff position responsible for the day-to-day management of internal and external leasing functions for the Office of Real Estate, including marketing, landlord and tenant relationship management, dispute management, property management issue resolution, management of portfolio of leases including accounts payable and accounts receivable (some being retail), oversight of tenant improvements, lease terms negotiation and deal structure, and oversight of rent/operating expense/utility payments.
