The University of Colorado Boulder Office of Information Technology department encourages applications for a Cloud Portal and Integration Software Engineer! This position collaborates with the Associate Director of Cloud and Research Computing Architecture and serves as the primary software engineer for the Cloud Foundations Service. As part of a team of Cloud and Network Engineers and Billing Technicians, the Engineer is responsible for technical development and deployment of user portal(s) and integration of toolsets for a multi-cloud platform supporting research, academics, and administration. This requires knowledge of public cloud environments, integration tools (REST APIs), scripting languages and continuous integration/continuous deployment. This position also assists with development and implementation, service definition, strategy, design, transition, and operation of all IT services related to cloud infrastructure.

At the Professional level, $71,500 to $82,240
At the Senior level, $86,900 to $95,000

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. A combination of education and related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis.
At the professional level: 1 year of experience that is a combination of the following:
Application or integration development experience using more than one language (e.g. Typescript, Python, GoLang, etc).
Experience with cloud services and technologies (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and/or foundational cloud certification (AWS Cloud Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Foundations).
At the senior level: 3 years of experience that is a combination of the following:
Application or integration development experience using more than one language (e.g. Typescript, Python, GoLang, etc).
Experience with cloud services and technologies (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and/or foundational cloud certification (AWS Cloud Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Foundations).
