POSITION SUMMARY This position will manage a team of technical staff supporting PeopleSoft Services.  The person in this position will report to the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Chief IT Operations Officer and is part of the Office of Learning and Information Technology Services (OLITS).  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Team Operations - Responsible for daily operations of the PeopleSoft Services Team Manage daily operations for all aspects of the team Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests by adhering to departmental standards, and applicable service level agreements As Incident Commander act as the escalation point of contact for service outages and after-hours emerge
