Enterprise Tenant Administrator
Responsible for providing primary support for all enterprise system weekly updates and major releases. Manages testing for major releases, enhancements, and projects with the appropriate functional areas and IT team members. Serves as the technical system administrator for the enterprise event and scheduling third-party system. Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary) Manages all tenant environments by establishing controlled environments. This work includes defining, documenting, and enforcing processes and standards. Tracks the schedule of work planned in all tenants and coordinates refresh in Workday Customer Center.
