Application Systems Analyst
Job Summary As an Application Systems Analyst in the ITS Experience and Engagement Products (EEP) team, you will own the discovery and definition of requirements for cloud-based solutions that enable LMU business users to reach strategic goals and LMU students to achieve academic success. You will partner with teams across the university to map business and technical workflows and needs during the development of LMU’s new student success and alumni and donor engagement CRMs, based on Salesforce. You will be relied upon for your deep knowledge of and ability to evaluate needs, and to validate functionality.
