The Assistant Director serves as a member of the Office of Assessment & Technology (OAT) leadership team, and represents the Office on committees, initiatives, and projects. This position oversees and leads the Office’s Assessment area and supervises the area’s staff (which currently consists of a manager, four research analysts, a C-1 Contract, and one graduate assistants). The position sets the strategic direction of the Assessment Team and is responsible for the overall management of admissions, financial aid, and student enrollment data that are processed in the various student systems and housed in official data warehouses across the area of Enrollment Management (EM) and the university, and ensures all business processes that utilize these data are working accurately and as intend
