The Director of Client Services reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Information Officer and is responsible for leading and managing Information Technology Services (ITS) Client Services. This position is responsible for providing exceptional IT services through the management of the ITS helpdesk function, endpoint management function, deployment function including, students open labs, department labs, research lab, ITS classrooms, and student printing.
