Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Technology Coordinator uses the Slate CRM to build and optimize marketing communications campaigns to support enrollment marketing strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops a detailed knowledge of Slate CRM as a database and marketing technology tool to implement and manage multiple omnichannel communications campaigns to support enrollment marketing strategies
Collaborate with designers to develop email templates and convert messaging to HTML format for email campaigns
Coordinate annual enrollment marketing communication calendars
Leverage Slate to optimize workflows and manage yearly maintenance
Creates, maintains, and follows standard operating procedures and documentation as needed for marketing communications office operations
Assists with the creative development, production, and distribution of admission campaign assets as they relate to marketing communication plans
Stays current with new system functions and best practices across Slate campuses nationally with the goal of enhancing Wheaton’s utilization of Slate’s functionality
Completes other marketing responsibilities as needed
Proficiency in HTML for email preferred. Liquid Markup Language knowledge preferred, but not required.
