Engineer - Network Monitoring Administrator/Supervisor
The University of Maryland Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring and managing the network. This position is necessary to monitor, detect, analyze, trouble-shoot and assist in resolving network outages. This position will provide overall support for the University’s Network Management System (NMS), CA Spectrum and Performance Center. In addition, the position will support additional monitoring tools used by the NOC. (Pingdom, APC’s Data Center Expert, Passler’s Router Traffic Grapher (PRTG) and Infoblox’s NetMRI among others.
