Qualifications: Education 

Master’s degree required.
Preferably in the area of a health related discipline

Qualifications: Experience 

Three years experience in an administrative position in a public or private institution requited; experience with accreditation and completing self-study documents to maintain or achieve initial or continuing accreditation of a program preferred.

Qualifications: Skills 

Requires advanced written and oral communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in teams; requires managing and monitoring work performance of an Academic Division including hiring/disciplinary actions performance evaluations and assigning workload. This position is responsible for program review and new program development as well as preparation of departmental budgets and is authorized to approve fiscal/budgeted expenditures. Fund raising and grant work are an essential work in conjunction with the college foundation.
