Qualification: Education Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Qualification: Experience Minimum of three years of experience in related field required. Preferred experience: Supporting ERP, CRM and related web applications/platforms; relational database systems, including design, query language, and programming (SQL Server, Oracle); data Integration between systems and general ETL processes; and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. Qualification: Skills Required Skills: Proven track record of technology service delivery with increasing levels of responsibility. Solid coding skills in any of the following (SQL, pl/SQL, C#, Python, Groovy, Java). Strong problem solver that can quickly get to the root cause of application incidents/problems for applications, databases, and technology systems. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of version-control system tools, including development and deployment workflows. |
