Serves as the primary individual responsible for the management and administration of the College’s virtual, storage, and identity systems, and manages the enterprise-wide approach to systems security and malware protection. Serves as the Deputy ISO, manages the development of the IT Disaster Recovery Plan, and occupies a central role for the planning and deployment of emerging technologies.

Minimum of an Associates’ Degree in a computer related area is required; Bachelor’s degree is required within five years of employment at FLCC.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience with VMware, administration of Unix or Linux based systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and networking is required. One years’ experience with Identity Management and single sign-on techniques required. Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), Rapid Identity from Identity Automation, Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange strongly preferred. Experience in an educational environment, Ellucian Colleague, support of instruction, e-mail, desktop/laptop computing and web services is also desirable.
