Join our team and put your knowledge, skills, and passions to work as an Instructional Designer. This position is part of a team that supports faculty in the design and development of for-credit online or blended undergraduate courses. The team also partners in non-credit course development, such as campus compliance training and UW grant outreach funded projects. This position will work with a broad range of tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, the Canvas learning management systems, and the UW-Madison Learn@UW suite of tools. As a member of a work team, a candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Minimum 1 year experience developing content with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio, H5P, or similar technology.
Demonstrated technology aptitude by learning 1 or 2 new technologies within the past 12 months.
Minimum 6 months experience working with online collaboration software such as Box, G-Suite, or Microsoft O365.
Minimum 6 months experience developing in any learning management system.
Minimum 6 months experience working with web-programming code (HTML, CSS).
Minimum 6 months experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design experience with other software.
Minimum 1 year experience working as part of a collaborative team.
