Experience performing an analyst/programming role in support for a major business function such as student systems, HR, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, student financial aid services.
Experience working with an ERP in higher education, especially Banner.
Practical experience with SQL and Java (or other object-oriented) languages and development tools.
Experience integrating enterprise software solutions from multiple vendors.
Experience leading the work of project-based teams.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of technology users, to proactively generate solutions based on multiple user inputs.
Ability to manage work schedule to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. (Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Two years of experience in program analysis and design.
One year of lead or supervisory experience. (Successful completion of PCC LEAD Academy or a comparable external leadership training program may substitute for up to 6 months or lead or supervisory experience)

Work is generally performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule.
