University Information Technology Services (UITS), within the University of Arizona, is seeking a Data Management Product Manager (Principle Enterprise Business Analyst) to lead development of data management and master data management strategies and processes within the context of the University’s Enterprise CRM program.
The Data Management Product Manager will work with the University’s Data Trustees and Data Owners to define and implement Enterprise CRM data management governance, a data quality plan, and productize supporting technologies and processes. The incumbent will need to work across a technology stack to create a comprehensive solution as well as facilitate collaboration among appropriate stakeholders to build shared understanding, negotiate solution paths, and develop buy-in for new institutional approaches. Your experience leading and influencing diverse teams will be an asset to this role and your ability to ‘productize’ necessary solutions will be critical to your success.

Duties & Responsibilities
•Define and implement data management processes and a data quality program within the context of the University’s Enterprise CRM program. •Facilitate data governance and drive definition of data management requirements and data quality metrics. •Interface with and support Data Trustees and Data owners in understanding and fulfilling their roles within the Enterprise CRM data management process. •Drive effective product delivery, integration, and coordination, through highly collaborative approaches and effective resourcing. •Define product initiative scope, identify clear opportunities for impact, set the goals for the product, and establish clear evaluation criteria. •Utilizing user-centered design, lead the development and the deployment of pilots with partners and other stakeholders. •Contribute to the RFP process of new vendors. •Work with third party vendors and brand teams to manage, prioritize and execute agreed upon deliverables. •Partner with development, program management, and leads on major projects to define functionality, negotiate scope, and author a plan for future troubleshooting – especially on third party integration projects. •Serve as the product owner to support development and implementation of data management and integration technologies as necessary to support the data management and data quality objectives of the Enterprise CRM program. •Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of directly comparable experience or a combination of education, training, and/or experience.
