Provides management of operating and technical procedures regarding HR administrative data/information systems, serves as primary contact for system-wide issues and functionality enhancements for HR administrative systems, directs the security/access to HR central data and develops interface/application enhancements, directs the operating/development aspects of system connectivity to central information, and provides project leadership to campus and external entities regarding information analysis/functionality.
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or related field;
8 years of related experience with outstanding communication skills. Must demonstrate ability to communicate well with all University personnel as well as technical experts. Knowledge of HR/Benefits/Payroll compliance regulations.
Proficiency in Banner HR/Payroll ERP, programming languages and/or reporting tools such as COGNOS / SQL.
