The Senior Director, Technology Client Support Services (TCSS) provides vision and strategic direction for client and academic support services for students, faculty and staff. Responsibilities include management of Computer Labs Operations, Service Desk, Desktop Solutions, and Hardware Repair. Reporting to the Vice President for Enterprise Technology, the senior director leads a staff of over 20 professionals to create and maintain appropriate technology services for the college community.
Master’s degree required.
Minimum three years supervisory experience, and three years’ experience managing technology client support services.
Experience working in a higher education environment.
Experience with ITIL or similar standards, certification preferred.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Occasional weekend and after hours when necessary.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
