The CIO leads the university in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support the University's academic, research, and administrative activities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the CIO has executive responsibility for the strategic planning, development, implementation, security, compliance and overall administration of distributed and centralized enterprise information systems.
Applicants must be committed to successfully managing complex information technology resources in a globally committed university, securing financial support for campus technology needs, and developing partnerships to enhance academic and administrative information systems. Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multisite client server virtual environment.
