The UA System is seeking a collegial, collaborative individual to serve as the Workday Integration & Reporting Lead on the Information Technology ERP (Workday) implementation team. Reporting to the IT Lead and working “two in the box” with the implementation partner (Deloitte), the Integration & Reporting Lead will provide overall leadership and subject matter expertise in the implementation of the integration and reporting functionality in scope and oversee the timely completion of deliverables required by the project plan.
This position will oversee the design, testing, and deployment of integrations and reports. The Integration & Reporting Lead will provide overall management of the technical integrations and reporting team and for ensuring the coordination of their work with the work of other team members/leaders.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills and be able to lead and coordinate activities in a collegial and collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills along with a demonstrated commitment to the overarching vision for the “System to operate even more like a System” and have an ability to interact successfully with a variety of constituents.
The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three years of related experience
At least one year of supervisory experience
Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a week as needed
Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
The educational equivalent of Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Significant experience building integrations and reports
Experience with change management related to ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments
