Purpose of Position
Responsible for ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all change management (migrations), version control changes, batch automation in all PeopleSoft environments and for working with multiple IT teams and customers to review, document, and revise (if necessary) the Change and Production Control processes and procedures.
Migrate changes from the various environments using the appropriate Enterprise tools and development standards. Receive, track, manage, and document all change requests. Perform initial impact assessment of each change request. Communicate changes to appropriate technology and user groups. Ensure that only authorized changes are implemented, that changes are implemented in an acceptable time frame in accordance with the business requirements, that changes are successful and that no new incidents are created as a result of the change. Ability to create and update new users in Phire and STAT. Create new domains, workflows and migration paths in Phire and STAT. Understand all phases of the software development life cycle.
Create, schedule and maintain all automated batch jobs (PeopleSoft and FTP).
Revise and update Change Management and Production Control documents for IT resources in accordance with the business goals of the IT department and a shared services environment. Documents include, but not limited to technical design and naming standards, change management procedures, and migration requests. Support and provide necessary documentation for yearly regulatory and internal audits.
Maintain and administer the Control-M and Control-M Enterprise Manager software that supports automated batch scheduling system for the Enterprise. This includes installing, upgrading, configuring and maintaining.
Work with users and other IT members (Developers, Business Analysts, PeopleSoft and System Administrators) on a routine basis to troubleshoot reported problems. Identify the cause, design or develop an approach for resolution. Perform other duties as required.

Bachelor's Degree with coursework in computing or information systems and six years of related computer systems management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2+ years of experience with systems change control, life cycle and documentation systems
1+ years with Phire Application Change Management Tool
1+ years of experience with Quest STAT change tool
1+ years of experience in application design, analysis and programming utilizing PeopleSoft Tools (PeopleTools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode, BI Publisher)
Experience defining, configuring and administering PeopleSoft security
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Manage any Control-M upgrade projects including planning and testing and working with the Business Analysts, Operations (SysAdmins, PSAdmins) and Security support teams
1+ years of experience managing CONTROL-M Servers/agents using CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager version 9
1+ years of experience managing any Control-M improvement projects related to automation and best practice
1+ years coordinating with Control-M Job owners in analyzing and troubleshooting issues
1+ years of experience creating reports using CONTROL-M reporting tool
Strong understanding of Unix servers and file directory structures
1+ years of experience using relational databases (Oracle 12c) and client-server concepts
1+ years of SQL Plus
1+ years of experience in the PeopleSoft development environment
1+ years of PeopleSoft Application experience (version 9.1+)
Strong understanding of all phases of software deployment and the application development lifecycle
Strong understanding and application of project management disciplines
Strong attention to details
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Certifications in supported technologies
