To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
Strong knowledge of SQL and SQR programming;
Experience in SQL development with expert SQL skills in queries and reports;
Expertise in PeopleSoft Reporting tools (PS Query, XML Publishers, PS nVision) and SQR;
In-depth experience in PeopleCode;
Working knowledge of Application Designer;
Working knowledge in Application Engine;
Working knowledge of Enterprise Applications;
Ability to be self-motivated;
Knowledge of and ability to develop and implement state laws rules regarding educational programs;
Knowledge of organizational, managerial and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on public oral presentations;
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing; and
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of related experience; or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or appropriate area of specialization. Preference will be given to applicants with seven (7) years of experience with Enterprise Applicant Development.
