The Salesforce Integration Developer position will effectively deploy enhancements and new functionality across the Salesforce platform. Responsible for software analysis, design, development, documentation, defect resolution, and implementation of MuleSoft Enterprise Service API’s and associated software applications.

Create Mulesoft API’s on the Mulesoft Enterprise Service Bus
Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, transition, and support
Maintain strong technical skills in relevant integration areas such as SOA, JMS, BPEL, BPMN, Java, Apex, Spring, Groovy, SOAP, XML, XQuery, JQuery, and XPath
Work with other operations staff in deploying code using CI/CD frameworks such as Maven, Jenkins and Github
Utilize strong design and development patterns and frameworks to ensure solutions are sound and meet the client requirements
Verify the scope of work provided to you is in line with the estimated delivery timeline, provide accurate status updates,
and immediately notify the project manager if there is a concern about the ability to deliver according to expectations on time or quality
Follow good practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing and deployment approaches, test-case-based development, and proper documentation practices.
Continue to develop professional and technical knowledge by working with other team members, attending workshops and webinars, reading industry publications, and participating in technology communities
Contribute to the ASU University Technology Office development team by sharing knowledge, assisting others, and keeping up with the new trends and best practices as they evolve in the industry
Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with solution design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations
Attend required meetings and calls on time and with adequate preparation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or related field AND two (2) years experience providing information technology services; OR, Six (6) years experience providing information technology services; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months experience.
Experience in Mulesoft Enterprise Service Bus development
Experience in Java development.( 2 years)
Demonstrated knowledge of integration technologies including REST and SOAP.
Experience with development or administration in Salesforce.
Experience with queuing technology such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
Use office equipment including a PC
Sit or stand for extended periods of time and walk moderate distances to perform work
Communicate both orally and in writing to perform essential duties
Read/interpret written and oral instructions/directions
Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
