The University of Colorado Denver| Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a 1 year contract for a full-time university staff (unclassified) CRM Administrator to work at the CU Denver Campus in downtown Denver, CO. The CRM Administrator provides leadership and management of the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes such as marketing and recruitment functionalities. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The CRM Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
Examples of Work Performed:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce platform.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and process for onboarding new users. Including training, business process evaluation and implementation.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.
Work with clients in the university community to translate business needs into business processes and into detailed CRM requirements
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.

Conditions of Employment:
Must be willing and able to travel between campuses (Denver Campus and Anschutz Medical Campus)
