The SharePoint Developer/Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, documenting, troubleshooting, and providing day-to-day support for the business collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint).
This position, with minimal supervision, is responsible for meeting with campus departments and groups to develop and implement strategies to best use the business collaboration tools available to the campus to increase efficiencies and collaboration on campus. The position will use Value Stream Mapping and other process improvement techniques to help our clients gain efficiencies. This position will do analysis of users’ needs and map the departmental processes in their current state and in their proposed future state upon request. Additionally, the position will continually research new collaboration trends and changes to the tools provide operational support and troubleshooting assistance to offices and LIT Staff when problems occur with our collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 or SharePoint Online experience
Ability to work consultatively with constituents in all departments across campus to understand needs, identify and apply problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
