Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, is seeking a Web Strategist for the Office of Advancement to be responsible for providing the Utica College community with web application support, design, and programming. The Web Strategist will design, develop, implement, maintain and administer internal- and external-facing web applications based on modern web development standards. Individual will also provide guidance and support for the College’s web marketing strategies through analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and other methods/technologies aimed at enhancing web site performance and effectiveness.

Primary responsibilities include:
B.A. or B.S. degree and a minimum of one to three years of demonstrated web developing/programming experience and fluency in programming languages, environments, and concepts; Must also have experience with SQL, database design concepts and programming languages used to develop and implement web-based database driven applications; Degree requirements may be substituted for an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
