Under the direction of the Associate Registrar, the Business Analyst supports the management team within the Registrar’s Office and other campus stakeholders to implement division projects and improve office efficiencies. The job duties of the Business Analyst include project management, operational gap analysis, data analysis, and process improvement. The Business Analyst is expected to gather data, analyze it, and assist in developing answers and solutions. Once solutions are assigned, the Business Analyst prepares specifications for developers, prepares test use cases, conducts testing, facilitates migrations to production, documents and trains, troubleshoots any post production issues, and supports the development of reports related to the projects and solutions.
