The Division of Information Technology Services is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Workflow Developer/Analyst. The Workflow Developer/Analyst will be responsible for enterprise-wide workflow development projects utilizing K2. The candidate will drive the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of our enterprise-scale Workflow application, K2. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their business knowledge to identify, define and then develop solutions for our organization, allowing us to benefit from the K2 platform.
To ensure that essential services are provided to the University community, the employee will be required to work outside their regular working hours as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of experience as a K2 Developer (or similar technology background) in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based workflow applications. Candidate must also have knowledge of the features and architectural design of K2 Service. Experience with SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint Server 2010, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Administration) are a plus. Experience with other programing languages and web services and api’s are a plus.
Prior experience deploying, managing, administering and monitoring workflow implementations. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Proven excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization are required. Must have the ability to interact with customers in a sensitive and diplomatic manner, maintaining positive relationships and building consensus on project goals. Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding expectations and anticipating needs. Excellent analytic skills and the judgment to make effective decisions on courses of action to complete appropriate projects. Must be motivated with a focus on team performance. Ability to work under pressure while driving high-profile projects that will receive senior management oversight.
