The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for architecture, design, and operation of the network and technology infrastructure for the Madison College District. The ability to focus and function with an enterprise perspective and to advise technical staff, faculty, College management, and students is critical. This position is the subject matter expert for the technology infrastructure of the College and serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to area of assignment (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, etc.) OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years (4,000 hours) of related work experience.
2. Ten (10) years of IT infrastructure experience, including, but not limited to networking/WAN/LAN, routing and security, firewall, load balancer configuration and management, wireless management and connectivity, fiber and copper connectivity solutions.
3. Three (3) years of experience in supervising and development of staff.
