You will workwith your team closely and on the front line to ensure attainment of service levels, support quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in a business management, technology-related, or customer service/support field or a combination of relevant education and customer service/support leadership experience totaling 5+ years. Salary range: $62,800 or higher DOE.
