Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of technical experience
1-3 years experience with Sales Force functionality, including Sales Force Communities.
Expert knowledge including configuration and support experience of Sales Force administration functions including profiles, roles, sharing rules, groups, permissions, security, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, data management, reporting, dashboards, workflow, triggers and assignment rules, and managing communities.
Extensive knowledge of and ability to interface with business users and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
Extensive ability to analyze business needs and design, configure and deliver solutions; perform data migration related activities, document best practices and operational procedures, and maintain/enhance data integrity.
Working knowledge of and ability to think strategically as well as tactically and to exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and priority/goal setting.
Extensive interpersonal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
Sales Force Administrator Certification/Sales Force Service Cloud Certification and/ or Sales Force Advanced Administrator Certification
Previous work experience in higher education.
Experience in APEX and SQL
Knowledge of FERPA and HIPPA compliance measures and how they relate to Sales Force implementation.
Experience in configuring interfaces in to / out of Sales Force using APIs.
