Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
4 years of progressive project management experience in a technology focused role.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Ability to motivate and manage individuals and teams to deliver successfully on projects with no direct supervisory relationship.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong decision making skills, including ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OAR 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 24 months.
Experience using Agile methodologies with enterprise scale non-software development projects
One or more related certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience leading implementation of enterprise cloud (SaaS) services, such as email or productivity tools.
Experience with vendor and contract negotiation.
