Rider University's Office of Information Technology seeks an Associate Director for a hands-on management position to manage, plan, prioritize and organize activities related to enterprise services and all other desktop and LAN applications that support a business function at the University. Individual will: Direct and manage a team of six Senior Business Analysts; provide direct support of business needs as they relate to technology; plan, coordinate and review the work of assigned personnel during all phases of project team's work; coordinate the planning and training of business users of enterprise services; lead, develop and facilitate implementation of quality assurance requirements for complex enterprise information systems and web applications; and coordinate with community business leaders and OIT leadership as necessary to establish best practices and procedures meeting institutional governance standards as they relate to quality assurance.
