Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in education, E-learning, or a directly related degree from a regionally accredited institution. Candidates must have a working knowledge of course design methodologies, assessments, learning objective alignment, and measurement strategies.
Experience and education in using online delivery methods is preferred. Two years of instructional design experience working directly with online programs and online course development is preferred. In addition, candidates should have demonstrated experience designing, developing and delivering educational or corporate training programs or professional development programs.
