Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience /training.
8+ years’ experience with increasing responsibility implementing medium and large scale IT projects
5+ years’ experience implementing and configuring CRM solutions
Knowledge of database concepts, requirements analysis, business process management and system troubleshooting techniques
Experience in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
Excellent communication skills, leadership and analytical skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task effectively, and manage priorities across multiple staff and academic units
Availability after-hours to support staff as needed
Desire & ability to learn and apply new skills / technologies quickly
Proactive, results oriented and can-do attitude
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM products
Experience with an Ellucian enterprise CRM product
Experience with higher education processes
Experience with Colleague Envision programing
Ability to follow SDLC and iterative processes, change control
Experience developing web applications using the Microsoft technology stack (IIS, C#, .Net, TFS, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, XML, etc.)
Ability to lead negotiations with business partners and vendors and strong customer facing skills
