Information Technology & Security, Enterprise Solutions, at The University of Tampa has an available position for an Integrations Architect. This role involves interfacing with various enterprise technology and infrastructure systems at The University of Tampa. Additionally, the position will serve as a key resource within the implementation team for deploying the many different facets of Workday. One essential component of this is the development, implementation and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems. The Integrations Architect will report directly to the Managing Director of Enterprise Software and Business Solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Owns and maintains major Enterprise Applications integrations (i.e. Workday and third-party systems)
Become an expert in all Workday leading integration technologies
Owns and drives the integration strategy for institutional data
Builds integrations to automate and streamline business processes
Provides input to the ERP implementation team regarding timeline, tasks, risk, methodology, roles and responsibilities, tenant management, data conversion, etc.
Ensures data integrations are designed and implemented using secure technology and methodologies
Facilitates knowledge transfer of system integrations via collaboration with team members
Works with software vendors regarding system integration troubleshooting and enhancements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
Experience working with both real time (SOAP/REST) and schedule batch/flat-file data integration environments
5+ years of experience in application and data integration Experience in designing reports and data extractions
Preferred: Experience using development applications such as Eclipse-based I.D.E., Oxygen, Postman, SOAP UI, and ETL tools
Higher Education experience preferred, but not required
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summer Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
