The University of Pittsburgh's Computing Services and Systems Development (CSSD) is seeking an Enterprise IT Project Manager for its Enterprise CRM Division. This position is a senior-level, technical position that reports to the Director of Enterprise Initiatives within CSSD and has responsibility for continuously assessing and coordinating the project management methodology and tools for IT projects.
This position will also provide enterprise IT project management, which includes planning and coordinating all phases of complex University-wide IT project implementations. The incumbent is responsible for assessing IT needs across the University, recommending programs and support models for meeting those needs, and following through to ensure the successful implementation of new or updated services. The individual will build strategic relationships and collaborate with leaders across the University to identify, develop, and deliver successful IT projects.

The candidate must possess an advanced degree in CS, IS, or a related field and have at least five years of management experience in an operational area in a complex IT environment. In addition, extensive project management experience or PMP certification is required. The successful candidate must have worked in IT (preferably in higher education) and have a demonstrated track record of achieving stated goals.
